They’re all local varieties of our favourite and most delicious super fruit, the blueberry, and all get used in our award-winning jams and vinegars. We make sure that each berry we use has time to fully ripen on the bush. This might sound like a tiny thing, but we know it’s the most important part of jam-making as it allows all of the lovely natural sugars to fully develop.
